Your child’s safety is our top priority. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we follow these procedures to ensure a secure environment. Please also talk to your child about this process so they understand how check-in and check-out work.

Checking In

  • Monday (First Day of Camp):
    • Check in at the tables in the upper parking lot.
    • You will receive a red check-out ticket with a unique number assigned to your child
    • Each child will also receive their nametag and color-coded t-shirt corresponding to their Crew.
    • Once checked in, escort your child to their assigned Crew Spot to meet their Crew Leaders.
  • Tuesday – Thursday:
    • Check in directly at your child's assigned Crew Spot with their Crew Leader.

Checking Out (Upper Parking Lot)

  • Each day, check your child out at their assigned Crew Spot in the upper parking lot.
  • You must present your red check-out ticket to the Crew Leader, who will verify that the number.
  • You must also sign the check-out sheet to confirm that you have picked up your child.
