Due to the complexity of organizing groups, we can honor ONE friend request per child. We have different groups: Pre-K/Kindergarten, 1st-2nd grade, 3rd-4th, and 5th-6th. Your child will be placed in a group based on the grade they are entering in the fall. There is a spot on the registration form for you to request one friend to be placed in your group.
You can request a scholarship on the registration form when registering your child. For any questions, please contact Ellyn Wilson with questions.
You will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, please contact Ellyn Wilson.
If you paid through PayPal, you should receive an email receipt from PayPal within 24 hours. If you don’t receive an email, please contact Ellyn Wilson.
Nursery care is available only for children (ages 6 months to 3 years) of camp staff volunteers. This registration is specifically for children who will partcipate in that service.
On the registration page, you will register as a volunteer. There are opportunities to volunteer before camp, during camp, and after camp. Look at the options and see how you can use your time and talents. Staff Volunteers that are participating during camp will need to have a background check through FAITH Lutheran Church.
Volunteer registration will open on April 14.
Go to the information table with your red ticket. A Staff Volunteer will bring your child to you.
🚨 Please do NOT walk through the building to find your child yourself.
There is a section on the registration form to list any allergies. Allergy lists will be provided to team leaders and the Snack Coordinator. Your child’s nametag will also include their allergy information.
If your child requires prescription, emergency (e.g., Epinephrine, asthma inhaler), or over-the-counter medication while at camp, you must complete a Medication Administration Form on the first day of camp.
🚫 Children may not carry medication with them during camp.
All medication and documentation will be kept with our camp nurse.
A nurse is on-site each day to handle illnesses or injuries. Parents will be contacted if the nurse determines it is necessary.
