FAITH MILESTONES
Faith formation is a life-long journey. By celebrating milestones - significant events in the lives of children, youth, and families - we recognize how God is always present in our lives. Through these celebrations, we equip families to practice their faith at home and encourage engagement in our community.
Baptism – Parents who wish to have their child baptized are encouraged to visit with PASTOR JANE.
FAITH Family Bible Time – One of the exciting responsibilities we have as a community of faith is helping our children discover how amazing God’s story is, in their Bibles. FAITH Family Bible Time is our chance to come together and do just this! Watch for our next FAITH Family Bible opportunity for all families with children who are learning to read up through 5th grade and all in our FAITH family who would like to walk alongside these families. Your child will receive their own Bible and you will all have fun with family Bible activities.
Communion Exploration – Celebrating communion is a part of our weekly gathering, and we encourage families with children 1st grade or older to join us for a time of discovery and learning together to prepare children for taking part in this important gift Jesus gave. Communion Exploration Workshops are held during Lent, with Communion Celebration during Maundy Thursday Worship of Holy Week.
