It’s one of the most commonly asked questions: what do you do? Our identity in this world is almost always tied in some way to what we do: I am a doctor, teacher, electrician, pilot.  When we cease doing those things, if we cease doing those pieces of our identity, we are often lost or unnerved by not having anything “to do”.
